I trust this product and calming effects. It's definitely hard to know. In an unscientific study - the cbd oil certainly seemed to help my previous fur baby with skin issues. Hardest part - my boy has both anxiety and joint issues. You can't choose 2 issues to get feedback as to which product or how much to use.
