Delivery Time Estimates:

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We work to ship it out as quickly as paw-sible!  See below for estimated shipping times provided by the carrier.

Standard Shipping – Domestic Order Delivery Times:

3-5 business days transit. Ships from Anaheim, CA via USPS

International Order (outside of USA) Delivery Times:

Transit times vary, but typically take up to 4 weeks once shipped (depending on location). Ships from California via UPS with final delivery made by local mail service.

Below are some common destinations and ETAs:

Canada: 10 – 12 business days
UK: 12 – 14 business days

**We currently do not offer shipping to Albania,  Algeria, Crimea – Region of Ukraine, China, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Philippines, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen. We also are unable to ship to the EU at this time: (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK).

Domestic order expedited shipping info (Overnight & 2nd Day Air):

    • Delivery available Monday – Friday only.
    • Please provide street addresses only for expedited shipping (UPS & FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes).
  • Expedited shipping orders MUST BE PLACED BY NOON PST (Mon-Fri) to qualify for same day shipping. Orders placed after Noon PST will ship next business day.
